Privacy Policy
Respect for your privacy and the protection of your personal data are central values of our digital service. Below, we explain transparently how we process data when you visit systemic-spirit.com(the "Oracle").
1. Controller
Responsible for data processing on this website is:
Aaron Rüegg
E-Mail: support@bratman.ch
2. Collection of General Information (Log Files)
When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) is technically necessary to correctly deliver the contents of the web pages requested by you and is mandatory when using the internet. It includes:
- Type/version of your web browser and operating system used
- Referrer URL (the page from which you visited us)
- Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
- Date and time of the server request
3. Infrastructure & Hosting
Our website is hosted on **Vercel** (Vercel Inc.). To optimize the loading times of the Oracle, a Content Delivery Network (CDN) is used. Vercel processes the connection data and server log files mentioned above on our behalf to ensure stable and secure operation.
For storing analytical metrics and handling support requests, we utilize secure cloud databases provided by **Supabase**. Your data is stored securely and in an encrypted format.
4. Cookies and Analytical Tools
Like many other websites, we use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. They help us make our service more user-friendly, effective, and secure.
We distinguish between:
- Essential Cookies: Required to carry out the ordering process (Stripe checkout) or to remember your cookie selection. These are active by default.
- Analytical Cookies (Smartlook): Only active if you give your explicit consent via the cookie banner ("Accept All").
Smartlook Integration
We use **Smartlook** (Smartlook s.r.o., Czech Republic / Cisco), an analytics tool that records anonymized user sessions (clicks, scrolling paths, navigation behavior). This helps us identify usability issues and constantly improve the Oracle.
Smartlook does **not** record any personal identifiers, and any sensitive input fields (e.g. credit card details during checkout) are automatically masked and blacked out by the script before being transmitted.
You can object to this tracking at any time by selecting "Only Essential" in our cookie banner or by activating the general Opt-Out directly on the Smartlook website.
5. Payment Processing via Stripe
For the purchase of digital readings, we use the payment processor **Stripe** (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). When you initiate a transaction, the personal data required for payment processing (including credit card type, country of origin, and email address) is securely transmitted directly to Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information on our servers.
6. Newsletter Integration via Resend
If you subscribe to our newsletter to receive impulses and discounts, we collect your email address. We use **Resend** (Resend Inc.) as our transactional email provider to securely store subscriber lists and deliver the newsletter emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.
7. Your Rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Request information about your stored personal data
- Demand the correction or completion of inaccurate data
- Request the deletion of your personal data
- Restrict or object to the processing of your data
- Withdraw any consent previously granted with future effect
